
Sales Director – Data Center Workforce Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the sales process from initial prospecting to contract execution and account growth.
• Identify and target key stakeholders including data center owners, operators, developers, contractors, and infrastructure service providers.
• Establish and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Cultivate relationships with executives, procurement leaders, project managers, construction supervisors, operations heads, and workforce decision-makers.
• Drive new business through various channels including cold calling, networking, industry events, referrals, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and strategic prospecting.
• Achieve or surpass revenue, gross-margin, and new-account goals.
• Negotiate Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), staffing agreements, and other commercial contracts.
• Comprehend and promote workforce solutions for data center construction, deployment, commissioning, operations, and maintenance.
• Tailor workforce solutions to align with project scope, timelines, labor needs, geography, skill sets, and client requirements.
• Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to fulfill client needs.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of the data center ecosystem and its key players.
• Monitor data center construction and expansion activities across critical U.S. markets.
• Identify upcoming projects and forge relationships ahead of competitors.
• Create market strategies for new geographical areas and customer segments.
• Grow existing accounts by identifying additional workforce needs and project opportunities.
• Conduct regular business reviews with major accounts.
• Align client expectations with recruiting and delivery capabilities.
• Safeguard and enhance strategic accounts through exceptional service and responsiveness.
• Over 5 years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in staffing, workforce solutions, construction, technology infrastructure, or professional services.
• Proven track record of acquiring new business and meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Experience engaging with enterprise or commercial accounts.
• Strong grasp of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account expansion.
• Proficient in presenting proposals and negotiating contracts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong discipline in CRM usage and pipeline management.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and project opportunities.
• Preferred: experience in selling staffing or workforce solutions.
• Preferred: established relationships within the data center sector.
• Preferred: experience selling to data center owners, operators, developers, general contractors, EPC firms, electrical contractors, mechanical contractors, or infrastructure service providers.
• Preferred: knowledge of data center construction, commissioning, operations, or maintenance.
• Preferred: experience in selling skilled technical labor or project-based workforce solutions.
• Preferred: existing network within the data center, construction, critical infrastructure, or technology infrastructure industries.
