This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +3 more countries.
• Establish a sales pipeline through networking and prospecting, responsible for meeting annual revenue goals and KPIs.
• Engage in discovery discussions, collect information, create value-driven business cases, and convert prospects into clients.
• Represent ChargebackHelp at industry networking events, including presentations, solution showcases, booth activities, networking functions, and dinners.
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of ChargebackHelp products and solutions; demonstrate solutions and conduct product demonstrations.
• Oversee lead filing, opportunity reporting, marketing campaign assignments, and follow-ups in Netsuite CRM.
• Maintain the sales CRM with up-to-date information on leads, opportunities, progress, and competitive intelligence for accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Work alongside relationship management, integrations, internal operations, and other teams to gather onboarding information, complete integrations, assist with client onboarding, resolve inquiries, and tackle challenges.
• Develop business cases and navigate the pricing approval processes for non-standard pricing requests.
• Manage contracts from drafting through revisions to final signature.
• Report directly to the CRO.
• Travel approximately 8–12 times per year or as needed.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in card-not-present transaction processing and the online payment sector; knowledge of merchants, ISOs, PSPs, Acquirers, Payment Gateways, and Fraud prevention platforms and their roles in the payment ecosystem.
• At least 5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development Management.
• In-depth knowledge of chargeback and dispute workflows associated with online credit and debit card transactions.
• Proven sales success with the ability to demonstrate value through data-driven business analysis.
• Strong direct-to-customer communication skills, both written and verbal, related to prospecting and sales efforts.
• Ambitious, competitive, and driven to meet and exceed targets and KPIs.
• Team-oriented and collaborative.
• Highly organized, capable of adhering to processes, maintaining CRM systems, and facilitating accurate reporting for the organization.
• Experience with CRMs, legal contract processes, and pricing approval procedures.
• Data-driven with experience managing large datasets in Excel related to customer optimization tasks.
• Willingness to adapt work hours due to collaboration across multiple time zones.
• Open to traveling approximately 8-12 times per year or as needed.
