This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement a detailed sales strategy aimed at meeting or surpassing revenue goals for network encryption and associated cyber security products/services.
• Lead, mentor, and oversee a high-performing sales team (both direct and/or channel) that targets enterprise clients, Telecom Providers, and critical-infrastructure customers.
• Identify, qualify, and finalize complex deals involving multiple stakeholders related to network encryption gateways, VPN/IPsec/SSL solutions, zero-trust networking, secure SD-WAN, and additional security platforms.
• Establish and nurture relationships with C-level executives and senior technical personnel at key accounts, partners, and channel organizations.
• Work closely with Product, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success teams to refine value propositions, competitive positioning, and market entry strategies.
• Accurately forecast, rigorously manage the sales pipeline, and provide routine updates to executive leadership.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer briefings; contribute to thought leadership in the fields of network security and encryption.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms while ensuring adherence to company profitability and risk management guidelines.
• Monitor the competitive landscape, market trends (e.g., readiness for post-quantum cryptography, regulatory encryption mandates, zero-trust adoption), and customer requirements to inform strategic direction.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive B2B sales experience in cyber security, networking, or infrastructure security, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven history of consistently exceeding sales quotas in enterprise or complex solution sales, particularly in areas involving encryption, network security, or secure connectivity technologies.
• Strong technical knowledge of network encryption principles, including IPsec, TLS/SSL, VPN architectures, key management, hardware security modules, and considerations for post-quantum cryptography.
• Ability to engage effectively with CISOs, network architects, and security engineers.
• Experience in selling to regulated sectors, such as finance, healthcare, government, and critical infrastructure.
• Familiarity with compliance and security frameworks like NIST, FIPS, GDPR, and specific sector requirements.
• Demonstrated capability to build and scale high-performing sales teams and partner/channel programs.
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and executive communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• An advanced degree or relevant certifications, such as CISSP and pertinent vendor certifications, are preferred.
• Prior experience with network encryption, secure networking, zero-trust, or SASE/SSE platforms is preferred.
• Existing relationships with major enterprises, systems integrators, or technology partners in the security domain are preferred.
• Experience in both direct and channel/partner-led sales approaches is preferred.
• Familiarity with public-sector or government sales processes is preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Technical credibility in cyber security and networking.
• Resilience and a results-oriented mindset in lengthy sales cycles.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
