Sales Development Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +43 more states.

📋 Description

• Execute targeted outbound marketing phone calls to both new and existing financial professionals to create business development opportunities.

• Utilize CrumpCRM to document calls, contacts, conversations, and illustration requests.

• Facilitate the adoption of Crump's digital platform tools by providing phone training and conducting Webex walk-throughs.

• Collaborate with both internal and external sales partners to explore business development opportunities.

• Assess the business needs of financial professionals and tailor sales strategies to meet campaign objectives.

• Identify further business development opportunities leveraging knowledge of Crump products and services.

• Distribute marketing support materials including emails, webinars, videos, flyers, and podcasts.

• Offer customer support for incoming sales calls and emails.

• Deliver high-level training on Crump's digital solutions via phone or Webex.

• Engage in continuous professional development through webinars, self-study, mentorship, and other educational initiatives.

• Assist in training fellow team members.

• Experience using PCs in a Windows environment.

• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office software products.

• Ability to analyze issues and formulate solutions.

• Capacity to communicate with individuals at all levels within the organization.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, and work experience.

• Previous experience in phone-based sales or service roles.

• Background in financial services.

• Successful completion of background checks.
