Sales Development Representative Team Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Lead, manage, and mentor a group of 10-15 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve performance objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Facilitate daily team briefings, motivational sessions, and individual performance evaluations.

• Foster a culture of accountability, enthusiasm, and ongoing improvement.

• Oversee real-time call activity and campaign performance through Salesforce or other CRM systems and dialing tools.

• Evaluate performance metrics, produce actionable insights, and implement strategies for result optimization.

• Manage call scheduling, routing, and workload distribution for optimal efficiency.

• Enhance and implement onboarding training alongside continuous skill development initiatives.

• Create SDR resources and tools, including call scripts, objection-handling strategies, and compliance protocols.

• Conduct regular quality assurance assessments and coach team members to improve performance.

• Compile and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, including trends and forecasts.

• Utilize data to pinpoint high and low performers and establish personalized action plans.

• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team to recruit, interview, and retain top-tier talent.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience managing remote high-performing Sales Development Representatives, Outbound Call Associates, or similar roles.

• Experience in leading or executing B2B sales, lead generation, or customer retention campaigns is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing team sales targets.

• Energetic and passionate about achieving results and nurturing talent.

• Outstanding leadership, motivational, and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong understanding of CRM systems, dialing technology, call analytics, and marketing best practices.

• Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Process-oriented with an emphasis on efficiency, quality, and consistency.

• Tech-savvy and adept at making data-driven decisions.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
