This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement a systematic lead generation process.
• Execute the complete lead generation workflow: including list extraction, research, phone calls, email follow-ups, and CRM updates for assigned leads.
• Make 60–80 outbound calls daily using the established call script.
• Engage in multi-touch outreach strategies utilizing phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Assess incoming marketing leads and direct sales-ready opportunities to the designated Account Executive within 24 hours.
• Investigate target accounts and contacts to tailor outreach while adhering to the qualification criteria.
• Adhere to the lead generation call script and utilize sanctioned rebuttals for common objections.
• Take part in weekly recorded call evaluations assessed by sales leadership.
• Achieve script certification for new versions within five business days.
• Record every call outcome, contact information, and status in HubSpot immediately following each interaction.
• Maintain a CRM field completion rate of 95% or higher and address flagged records within 48 hours.
• Identify data discrepancies for Sales Operations and engage in weekly pipeline data assessments.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on prioritizing accounts and ensuring quality handoffs.
• Participate in weekly sync meetings with Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives.
• Document objection trends and market insights in the team feedback log.
• Achieve and surpass monthly targets for qualified meetings and sales-qualified opportunities.
• 1–3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or high-volume customer-facing position (SDR/BDR experience is highly preferred).
• Ability to take initiative and thrive without peer SDRs for comparison.
• Proven track record of consistently following a structured process.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills and capability to manage objections using approved rebuttals.
• Strong discipline in CRM usage with experience logging calls, contacts, and statuses in real time.
• Comfortable with high call volumes and able to maintain energy and adherence to scripts throughout a calling session.
• Open to constructive feedback and capable of translating process observations into actionable recommendations.
• Detail-oriented mindset to identify and rectify errors.
• Familiarity with sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo) and call recording software (Gong, Chorus) is strongly preferred.
• Preference will be given to candidates located on the East Coast.
• Minimal overnight travel required.
• This is a remote position.
