This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Qualify incoming leads by evaluating their needs, fit, urgency, and determining the best course of action.
• Interact with prospects in a courteous and professional manner to create a positive first impression.
• Perform structured needs assessments that address the situation, challenges, and priorities of potential clients.
• Prepare prospects for product demonstrations and equip Account Executives with relevant context, expectations, and qualification data.
• Assist in entering the Polish market by gathering demand, addressing customer inquiries, identifying pain points, and assessing lead quality.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to provide insights on campaigns, lead quality, objections, and customer needs.
• Maintain up-to-date and organized records of lead statuses, activities, notes, and next steps in HubSpot.
• Cold calling is not required.
• You are fluent in Polish and German at a native level and are confident in communicating with customers in both languages.
• You enjoy engaging in conversations and are comfortable making a high volume of brief, clear, and friendly qualification calls.
• You possess approximately 1–2 years of experience working with inbound leads, such as in roles like SDR, Inside Sales, Customer Success, Support, or other customer-facing positions—or you have comparable skills and experience.
• You are an effective communicator and listener, able to ask the right questions and confidently guide prospects through their initial interactions with us.
• You work in a structured, reliable, and self-motivated manner, ensuring that no lead is overlooked.
• Measurable goals inspire you, and you appreciate making progress through the sales funnel clear.
• You are curious, commercially oriented, and genuinely interested in understanding the businesses of the individuals you engage with rather than just adhering to a script.
• You are enthusiastic about supporting Ordio’s growth in Poland while collaborating with an established DACH Sales team.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, HR tech, hospitality, food service, or operations-focused companies is advantageous but not essential.
