Sales Development Representative, IBERIA

📋 Description

• Generate a qualified pipeline for Omilia's IBERIA enterprise sales team through organized outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification.

• Identify, engage, and qualify senior decision-makers at target enterprise accounts throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

• Convert prospect interest into discovery meetings for Account Executives.

• Take ownership of top-of-funnel pipeline generation for assigned IBERIA territories, achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

• Develop and implement multi-touch, multi-channel outreach strategies via phone, email, LinkedIn, and social media.

• Qualify inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns, events, content downloads, and website interactions.

• Represent Omilia's value proposition in IBERIA interactions with prospects across various European markets.

• Keep accurate records of prospecting activities in Salesforce.

• Research target accounts to identify buying centers and senior decision-makers using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other intelligence tools.

• Conduct discovery conversations to qualify budget authority, needs, and timing, ensuring substantive initial meetings for Account Executives.

• Tailor outreach to fit procurement cultures and business norms in the assigned IBERIA markets.

• Collaborate with marketing on campaign follow-up and offer feedback regarding lead quality and regional relevance.

• Work closely with Account Executives on territory priorities, meeting briefs, account planning, contact mapping, and engagement history.

• Acquire a working knowledge of Omilia products including OCP, miniApps, Pathfinder, CoPilot, TalkGuard, and OptimizeIQ.

• Stay informed about GDPR and the EU AI Act in relation to enterprise AI and contact center deployments.

• Monitor KPIs such as outreach volume, connection rates, meeting booking rates, and pipeline contribution.

• Participate in pipeline reviews and coaching sessions with the Sales Director.

• Travel within IBERIA for trade shows, industry events, and internal sales meetings, up to 10% of the time.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a sales development, business development, or outbound prospecting role, ideally within enterprise SaaS, CCaaS, conversational AI, or B2B technology.

• Proven track record of achieving or surpassing outbound prospecting and meeting-booking targets in a structured SDR or BDR environment.

• Proficient in Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales engagement platforms such as Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

• Ability to craft personalized cold outreach and engage in discovery conversations with senior CX, IT, and operations decision-makers across IBERIA markets.

• Awareness and sensitivity to the distinct business cultures, procurement norms, and communication styles across key IBERIA markets.

• Organized and self-directed work style, capable of managing high-volume outbound activities across multiple accounts and geographies.

• Genuine curiosity about enterprise technology, contact center automation, and conversational AI.

• Open to coaching and growth, receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

• Nice to have: Proficiency in European languages such as German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Dutch.

• Nice to have: Previous experience with contact center technology, CCaaS, IVR, or conversational AI.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with Omilia's platform or competing platforms like Genesys, Avaya, Nuance/Microsoft, Google CCAI, or Amazon Connect.

• Nice to have: Experience in prospecting large enterprise accounts across IBERIA's financial services, insurance, telecommunications, or utilities sectors.
