📋 Description

• Engage with prospective clients through outbound cold calls and emails.

• Assess client needs and recommend suitable products/services.

• Actively pursue new business opportunities within the market.

• Evaluate leads generated from marketing initiatives as sales prospects.

• Demonstrate leadership, implement effective sales strategies, and collaborate positively with both internal teams and external clients.

• Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Collaborate effectively with various sales teams.

• Serve as the subject matter expert on Abnormal AI's product offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6 months to over 1 year of proven experience as a Business Development Representative.

• Proficiency in the German language.

• Experience in roles such as Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar (less experience may be acceptable for the right candidate).

• Proven ability to work collaboratively with a dispersed sales team.

• Capability to comprehend customer pain points, requirements, and link potential business to value.

• Strong professional communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple requests and time demands simultaneously while meeting production goals for the assigned territory or accounts.

• Practical experience with various sales techniques, including cold calling.

• Willingness to utilize AI tools in prospecting and daily tasks.

• Driven, resilient, and team-oriented: a strong desire to compete and succeed.

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

• Comfortable with making phone calls and engaging in high-level discussions with C-level stakeholders.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, quickly learn tools and processes, and adapt rapidly.
