📋 Description

• Manage inbound leads within the service level agreement (SLA) and convert them into scheduled demonstrations.

• Develop and implement outbound sequences targeting specific retailer lists.

• Customize outreach efforts swiftly and effectively.

• Assess leads based on factors such as buyer type, purchasing volume, intent, and timeline.

• Schedule, confirm, and safeguard demos while minimizing no-show rates.

• Execute multichannel outreach using phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.

• Keep accurate records in the CRM and ensure every lead is properly categorized.

• Provide feedback on objections, effective messaging, and successful segments to the team.

• Ensure qualified demos are booked and confirmed on the calendars of Account Executives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a SaaS or tech-sales SDR/BDR position, focusing on a transactional, high-volume sales approach.

• Proven track record with short sales cycles, high activity levels, and daily productivity.

• Excellent phone communication skills and clear written communication abilities.

• Ability to handle 60–80+ substantive interactions each day.

• Adhere to a process-oriented approach to sales workflows and CRM management.

• Possess a coachable and resilient mindset.

• Native or professional proficiency in both English and French is essential.

• Must currently reside in Europe.

• Knowledge of jewellery is not a prerequisite.
