📋 Description

• Reach out to potential clients via outbound cold calls and emails.

• Assess client requirements and recommend suitable products/services.

• Actively pursue new business opportunities within the market.

• Evaluate leads generated from marketing campaigns as viable sales prospects.

• Demonstrate leadership and effective sales strategy while collaborating positively with both internal teams and external clients.

• Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Collaborate and work efficiently across various sales teams.

• Serve as the subject matter expert on the offerings of Abnormal AI.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6 months to over a year of proven experience as a Business Development Representative.

• Proficiency in Dutch.

• Background as a Representative, Sales Account Executive, or a similar position; less experience may be considered for the ideal candidate.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively with a distributed sales team.

• Skill in understanding customer challenges, needs, and linking potential business to value.

• Excellent professional written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.

• Capability to handle multiple requests and time-sensitive demands simultaneously while meeting production goals for an assigned territory or accounts.

• Practical experience with various sales techniques, including cold calling.

• Familiarity with the use of AI tools in prospecting and daily operations is a plus.

• Strong motivation, resilience, team-oriented approach, and a desire to compete and succeed.

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

• Proficiency in Dutch.

• Familiarity with Outreach, Salesforce, Orum, Lusha, ActivelyAI, Glean, or Claude is advantageous.
