This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop opportunities and support the growth of the sales pipeline.
• Identify accounts and contacts while sourcing and enhancing target lists within a specified Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) using tools such as ZoomInfo, Clay, LinkedIn Navigator, and others.
• Recognize trigger events and perform outreach utilizing established cadences to convert prospects into meetings.
• Collaborate with account executives to advance opportunities into sales.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales executives, and subject matter experts to strategize and implement business development initiatives.
• Follow up on marketing inquiries, qualify, and nurture leads.
• Drive new business and prospecting efforts, with a strong emphasis on phone-based activities.
• Actively develop and qualify sales opportunities and ensure a smooth transition to account executives.
• Execute a structured 14-day cadence for assigned target prospects and leads.
• Tailor initial outreach based on trigger events such as acquisitions, leadership changes, expansions, and ERP milestones.
• Identify and target key companies along with sales and practice leaders.
• Engage prospects through high-volume phone and email communications, including with C-level executives.
• Achieve 10–15 confirmed meetings per month once fully ramped.
• Acquire knowledge of Data & AI products and consulting services while continually enhancing sales skills.
• Work with US marketing to boost campaign effectiveness, event participation, and lead generation.
• Record data in HubSpot, highlight hot replies, and provide weekly reports on sends, replies, meetings, and insights gained.
• Participate in sales training sessions, webinars, product training, and marketing events.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an SDR/BDR in B2B technology or professional services.
• Familiarity with technology products and services.
• Understanding of lead data and CRM systems.
• Proven experience in building relationships and earning trust over the phone and via email.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results, including response rates, booked meetings, and quota achievements.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient with technology and online tools.
• Quick learner when it comes to software applications.
• Highly organized and self-driven with strong prioritization skills.
• Effective interaction with all levels of management and staff.
• High enthusiasm, a robust work ethic, and self-motivation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Previous experience with sales and marketing systems, particularly Microsoft CRM and HubSpot, is preferred.
• Experience with solution selling in a consultative setting is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with outbound sales techniques is preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP, SaaS, or software sales is a plus.
• Previous experience in the Manufacturing, Process, or Food Industry is desirable.
