This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop opportunities and support the growth of the sales pipeline.
• Identify accounts and contacts, while sourcing and enhancing target lists within a defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Utilize tools such as ZoomInfo, Clay, LinkedIn Navigator, and others to pinpoint trigger events.
• Implement proven outreach strategies to convert cold prospects into meetings.
• Collaborate with account executives to transform opportunities into sales.
• Work alongside marketing, sales executives, and subject matter experts to strategize and carry out business development initiatives.
• Follow up on marketing responses, qualify leads, and nurture potential clients.
• Drive new business acquisition and prospecting efforts.
• Conduct high-volume phone and email outreach to prospective customers, including C-level executives.
• Proactively identify and qualify sales opportunities, providing seamless handoffs to account executives.
• Execute a structured 14-day outreach cadence across assigned target prospects and leads.
• Tailor initial outreach based on trigger events such as acquisitions, leadership changes, expansions, and ERP milestones.
• Identify and target key organizations along with their sales and practice leaders.
• Exhibit a strong understanding of target audiences, industries, and significant business challenges.
• Make over 40 calls daily.
• Qualify 10–15 confirmed meetings per month once fully ramped up.
• Enhance knowledge of Data & AI products and consulting services while developing sales expertise.
• Collaborate with the US marketing team to assess campaign success, event participation, lead generation, go-to-market strategies, and industry-team support.
• Record all data in HubSpot and promptly flag urgent replies.
• Provide weekly reports on outreach efforts, responses, meetings, and insights gained.
• Engage in sales training, webinars, product training, and Columbus marketing events.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an SDR/BDR in B2B technology or professional services.
• Background in ERP, SaaS, Data, or Consulting is advantageous.
• Familiarity with technology products and services.
• Understanding of lead data and CRM systems.
• Proven experience in building relationships and establishing trust via phone and email with professionals at all levels.
• Capability to demonstrate results: response rates, meetings booked, and quota achievements.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in technology and the internet.
• Quick learner of software applications.
• Highly organized with a self-directed business approach.
• Strong prioritization skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with all levels of management and colleagues.

• Previous experience with sales and marketing systems, specifically Microsoft CRM and HubSpot, is preferred.
• Experience in solution selling within a consultative framework.
• Hands-on experience with outbound sales techniques.
• Familiarity with ERP, SaaS, or software sales.
• Prior experience in Manufacturing, Process, and Food Industry sectors is beneficial.
