This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify prospective clients and create new business opportunities.
• Provide support to customers and the sales team.
• Engage in cold outreach, lead generation, cold-calling, emailing, and messaging on LinkedIn.
• Prospect, inform, qualify, and cultivate sales-ready leads and opportunities from unsigned clients and accounts.
• Lead discussions with clients, present Toptal’s perspectives, and pose exploratory questions to grasp client requirements.
• Conduct research on clients and keep up with industry trends.
• Establish rapport with Enterprise and SMB prospects through strategic outreach initiatives.
• Collaborate with the team and Staffing Sales Executives to explore opportunities and suggest follow-up actions.
• Arrange qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Learn and utilize Salesforce.com, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Analyze industry drivers, business challenges, and target buyers.
• Achieve call, email, sales activity, and fully ramped quotas.
• Ensure data integrity in Salesforce.com.
• Identify opportunities within existing and target accounts that can generate revenue.
• Assist in training and onboarding new SDRs.
• Cultivate client relationships, broaden partnerships, and implement account plans.
• Propose, execute, and test various lead and demand generation activities.
• Develop a portfolio of new strategic accounts.
• Mentor new team members.
• Participate in virtual team meetings on camera and manage workflows and deadlines independently.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• 1-3 years of experience as an Enterprise SDR in the Staffing industry or related verticals.
• Comprehensive understanding of business challenges faced by Enterprise clients in staffing sectors.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment and manage diverse challenges, deadlines, and contacts.
• Must be authorized to work in the US at the time of hire; no visa sponsorship or assistance will be provided.
• Resumes and communications must be submitted in English.
• Ability to consistently and reliably attend scheduled virtual team meetings on camera.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in using necessary digital collaboration tools.
• Ability to prioritize and self-manage workflows and deadlines effectively.
