This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Propel business expansion by recognizing opportunities with targeted clients.

• Comprehend current and future demand while assisting the sales force in positioning Toptal's staffing services.
• Lead discussions with clients, present Toptal's viewpoint on innovation and experience topics, and pose exploratory questions to grasp client needs.
• Prospect, educate, qualify, and cultivate sales-ready leads and opportunities through lead generation and cold calling efforts.
• Articulate Toptal's vision, pinpoint opportunities, and generate interest.
• Establish rapport with Enterprise and SMB clients through strategic outreach and thorough client and industry research.
• Stay updated on industry trends.
• Collaborate with the team and Staffing Sales Executive to explore opportunities, recommend follow-up actions, and arrange qualified meetings.
• Utilize Zoom and Slack for effective communication and collaboration.
• Implement feedback to enhance demand-generation strategies and tactics.
• Complete onboarding, sales training, mock calls, cold calls, and role-play scenarios.
• Utilize Salesforce.com, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for outreach and CRM activities.
• Target strategic accounts and execute calling, emailing, and LinkedIn messaging campaigns.
• Analyze industry drivers, business challenges, and target buyers.
• Meet objectives related to calls, emails, sales activities, quotas, and ramp-up goals.
• Identify revenue-generating opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
• Ensure data accuracy in Salesforce.com.
• Assist in training and onboarding new SDRs.
• Cultivate client relationships, expand partnerships, implement account plans, and experiment with lead-generation initiatives.
• Develop a portfolio of new strategic accounts and mentor new team members.
• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• 1-3 years of experience as an Enterprise SDR in the Staffing industry or related Staffing sectors.
• Comprehensive understanding of business challenges faced by Enterprise clients in Manufacturing, Logistics & Distribution, Industrial, Engineering, Healthcare, E-commerce & Retail, and Skilled Trades.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to create opportunities from unsigned clients and accounts.
• Resilience and capability to manage rejection.
• A genuine curiosity about people, problems, companies, and industries.
• Ability to grasp sophisticated or technical issues and convey them to clients effectively.
