Sales Development Representative – B2B Tech, ERP Background

📋 Description

• Conduct research to identify high-potential target accounts.

• Engage with relevant senior decision-makers within targeted organizations.

• Perform outbound outreach through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and other sanctioned channels.

• Tailor outreach efforts based on the specific business, operations, and potential needs of each prospect.

• Qualify prospects and pinpoint authentic business opportunities.

• Foster professional conversations with senior stakeholders.

• Arrange qualified meetings for the sales team.

• Keep precise records of prospecting activities and interactions in the CRM system.

• Represent the client in a professional manner across all communication platforms.

• Consistently strive to meet monthly targets for qualified meetings.

• Identify suitable accounts, engage pertinent senior stakeholders, qualify authentic opportunities, and generate attended qualified meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in B2B outbound sales, business development, or sales development.

• Prior experience in selling or prospecting for B2B technology, enterprise software, ERP, SaaS, IT solutions, or digital transformation services.

• Strong proficiency in account research and targeted prospecting.

• Experience in engaging with senior-level and enterprise decision-makers.

• Exceptional spoken and written English skills.

• Strong abilities in cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email communication.

• Capability to comprehend and articulate complex B2B technology solutions.

• Experience with CRM and sales prospecting tools.

• Ability to operate independently in a remote setting.

• Familiarity with SAP solutions, automotive technology, automotive dealer networks, or enterprise digital transformation is a significant advantage.
