📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls utilizing power/parallel dialing systems.

• Leave customized voicemails and follow up with potential clients.

• Assess business owners and capital-group prospects for qualification.

• Arrange appointments with qualified prospects.

• Develop and sustain long-term relationships through regular follow-ups.

• Elevate qualified opportunities to Account Executives or senior team members.

• Keep precise records of activities and lead statuses using Salesforce.

• Employ omnichannel lead-generation and tracking systems to oversee prospect engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a Sales Development Representative, Appointment Setter, or in a comparable outbound sales position.

• Familiarity with Salesforce.

• Experience using Dialpad or power/parallel dialing systems.

• Background working with omnichannel lead-generation and tracking systems.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Neutral English accent; a voice sample is required.

• Strong skills in prospecting, qualification, and relationship-building.

• Capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• USB headset equipped with noise cancellation.

• A functional webcam.

• Computer that meets at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM specifications.

• Primary internet service speed of a minimum of 25 Mbps cable connection.

• Backup internet service speed of at least 10 Mbps.

• Availability for coverage from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST; early, late, evening, and occasional Saturday shifts may be necessary.
