📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls utilizing power or parallel dialing systems.

• Leave tailored voicemails and follow up with potential clients.

• Assess business owners and capital-group prospects.

• Arrange appointments with qualified leads.

• Develop and sustain long-term relationships through regular follow-up.

• Escalate qualified leads to Account Executives or senior team members.

• Keep precise records of activities and lead status using Salesforce.

• Use omnichannel lead-generation and tracking systems to oversee prospect engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a Sales Development Representative, Appointment Setter, or in a similar outbound sales position.

• Familiarity with Salesforce.

• Experience with Dialpad or power/parallel dialing systems.

• Knowledge of omnichannel lead-generation and tracking systems.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Neutral English accent (voice sample required).

• Strong skills in prospecting, qualification, and relationship-building.

• Self-driven with the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

• USB headset featuring noise cancellation.

• Functional webcam.

• Computer equipped with a minimum 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM.

• Primary internet connection with a speed of at least 25 Mbps cable.

• Backup internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps.

• Availability from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST; early, late, evening, and occasional Saturday shifts may be necessary.

• Voice sample required as part of the application process.
