This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Establish contact with potential new clients utilizing effective prospecting methods.
• Spark interest in scheduling discovery meetings with experienced RRD Sales Executives.
• Identify various contact points within provided target lists.
• Convey the value proposition of RRD products and services.
• Perform online research to grasp the business objectives of prospects.
• Create a high-value sales pipeline through strategic and focused prospecting.
• Work in conjunction with the sales team to formulate target prospect lists.
• Develop and oversee a prospect pipeline while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Seamlessly transition leads to the sales team after the initial discovery meeting.
• Utilize Salesforce for all lead generation efforts.
• Meet with Sales Leaders to assess strategy.
• Minimum of a High School diploma or GED.
• An Associate's degree in Business, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Over 2 years of experience in sales and telemarketing, particularly focused on cold calling.
• A proven history of achieving or exceeding lead generation goals.
• Proficient in Salesforce CRM and other sales technology tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Demonstrated expertise in prospecting techniques and lead generation strategies.
• Experience in utilizing email, phone, and social media for outreach purposes.
• Strong research skills for pinpointing potential clients and understanding their business requirements.
• Ability to manage objections and uphold a positive attitude despite rejection.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and evolving sales strategies.
• Professional demeanor and a customer-centric approach to business development.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
