This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jamaica.

📋 Description

• Develop a pipeline for U.S. clients in sectors such as SaaS, AI, healthcare, and B2B services.

• Identify, qualify, and schedule meetings for sales teams through outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.

• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn interactions.

• Promptly respond to inbound leads and assess them based on need, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.

• Schedule discovery calls and demonstrations for account executives.

• Address common objections and maintain the momentum of conversations.

• Record all activities, notes, and subsequent steps in HubSpot or Salesforce on the same day.

• Achieve weekly and monthly goals for activity levels, meetings scheduled, and pipeline development.

• Collaborate directly within client teams and utilize NeoWork support.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in sales development, appointment setting, or inside sales.

• Exceptional spoken and written English with a confident presence on the phone.

• Proven experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting.

• Comfortable using a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

• Self-driven, resilient, and focused on achieving targets.

• Availability to work during U.S. business hours.

• Must be based in Jamaica.

• Reliable home office setup and a stable internet connection are essential.

• Experience in selling to U.S. businesses is a plus.

• Familiarity with sales engagement tools like Outreach, Apollo, or Salesloft is advantageous.
