This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute outbound cold calling initiatives and create email marketing campaigns.
• Utilize social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, to inform potential clients and showcase the value of our solutions.
• Conduct research on target leads and their personas, analyzing prospects prior to transferring them to Regional Sales Managers or Account Executives.
• Acquire knowledge about the healthcare sector and our product offerings to effectively convey value propositions and address objections and competitive inquiries.
• Follow up on leads generated from inbound marketing efforts.
• Identify qualified opportunities and furnish relevant information to interested prospects.
• Maintain comprehensive and updated lead-management records using Salesforce.com, SalesLoft/Outreach, and other relevant tools.
• Meet qualified-opportunity targets to aid in achieving territory revenue goals.
• Build relationships with prospects and act as the primary point of contact.
• Arrange demonstrations for designated Regional Sales Managers.
• A bachelor's degree in communications, pre-med, business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in sales, marketing, communications, or similar fields is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 15-20% of the time.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, EHR, Salesforce, SalesLoft, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and G-Suite/Mac is advantageous.
• A strong interest in healthcare and a desire to build a career in sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills that are both polished and engaging.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to overcome objections and think critically in real-time.
• Effective planning and organizational skills.
• Adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to accept and learn from feedback.
• Resilience in the face of adversity and the ability to recover from setbacks or disappointments.
• Business savvy and a customer-oriented approach, including proactive research on products and customer profiles.
