This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Work in close collaboration with the Sales Team, leveraging technical expertise to assist with sales activities, customer inquiries, and project updates.
• Manage and address incoming customer inquiries through phone or online channels.
• Analyze and categorize inquiries, directing them to the appropriate Sales Team Member while filtering out non-qualified leads.
• Ensure accurate and timely communication with the Sales Team, keeping the project pipeline updated.
• Monitor open pricing requests and updates, producing estimates in Salesforce when necessary.
• Liaise with Product and Applications teams to answer product-related customer queries.
• Gather current product lead times and development statuses for software and products.
• Assume full responsibility for small accounts.
• Follow up with new customers post-meetings, trade shows, and events to convert contacts into leads.
• Track timelines for quote expirations and initiate follow-ups approximately one week before expiration.
• Confirm receipt of products and address any post-delivery issues.
• Maintain a detailed and updated Salesforce database that includes communications, opportunity statuses, and technical requirements.
• Conduct research on target organizations, accounts, and key contacts for background information and lead generation.
• Coordinate logistics for customer visits, including venue selection, audiovisual requirements, and hospitality arrangements.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Technical proficiency and a genuine interest in technology and business.
• Capability to independently investigate inquiries and issues, ensuring thorough and prompt resolution.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Understanding of EMEA Defence organizations and their operational requirements.
• Strong computer skills; versatile with technology and capable of mastering new systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, effectively organize time, and ensure follow-through.
• Experience or personal interest in RF systems, the Space sector, and related technology is preferable.
• A Bachelor's degree in engineering is an advantage.
• Familiarity with GSM, UMTS, LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and modern wireless communication signals is beneficial.
• Prior military or government service is a plus.
• 37.5 hour working week with flexible hours.
