This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Build and expand a team of high-achieving outbound Sales Development Representatives.
• Lead an enthusiastic team that drives pipeline generation and meets individual, team, and organizational targets.
• Define sales strategy and ensure alignment between sales development and overall growth objectives.
• Conduct weekly reviews of actual sales conversations and offer constructive coaching feedback.
• Take ownership of meetings conducted, attendance rates, and the quality of leads provided to Account Executives.
• Manage the hiring process and accelerate the onboarding of new representatives to achieve full productivity.
• Mentor SDRs and facilitate their advancement into new positions.
• Report on activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to leadership while identifying early-stage drop-off.
• Experiment with lists, sequences, and call openers to enhance the sales process.
• Collaborate with Marketing on messaging, Enablement on training, and Account Executives on transitions.
• Foster a positive team culture through recognition initiatives and contests.
• Proven experience in leading an outbound sales development team, or a history as a top-performing senior SDR ready to take the lead.
• Demonstrated excellence in people management.
• Experience in selling within a SaaS or technology landscape.
• Comfort with high-volume outbound sales and a readiness to model phone-based outreach.
• A data-driven mindset for analyzing sales funnels and detecting leakages.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Clear and direct communication abilities alongside strong listening skills.
• Valid work authorization to be employed by any organization in Canada or the U.S. without sponsorship from Granum.
