This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Evaluate incoming inquiries from various sources including webinars, website, support desk, email, and affiliates while adhering to strict response-time SLAs.
• Establish trust, address objections, generate urgency, and understand prospects’ needs, goals, concerns, and readiness.
• Direct prospects towards suitable entry-level or core estate planning services.
• Implement multi-touch nurturing sequences through phone, email, and SMS communications.
• Accurately document all interactions in HubSpot in real time.
• Conduct preparation calls via Zoom and assist prospects in completing their Life & Legacy Asset Inventory and 95-Point Document Review.
• Arrange appointments for qualified prospects on the calendars of Personal Family Lawyer Firm Leaders.
• Execute pre-appointment discussions and reminders to enhance show rates.
• Collaborate with Firm Leaders and Client Success Directors regarding follow-ups and administrative billing after sessions.
• Assist with live chat, Q&A, and engagement during virtual workshops, webinars, and live marketing events.
• Carry out post-event outreach to convert attendees into qualification calls.
• Maintain pipeline statuses and submit daily activity reports.
• Engage in team performance evaluations and consistently enhance conversion skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in an SDR, appointment setting, customer intake, or phone-based sales position handling high volumes of touchpoints.
• Proficient active listening abilities and high emotional intelligence.
• Confidence in navigating sensitive financial and family discussions.
• Technical proficiency with CRM systems; HubSpot is preferred.
• Experience utilizing scheduling software and Zoom for video conferencing.
• Strong self-organization, attention to detail, and performance discipline in a fully remote environment.
• Capacity for high-volume phone outreach, typically exceeding 50 scheduled calls weekly, in addition to outbound phone, SMS, and email follow-ups.
• Availability to work at least 50% of hours during the hours of 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern and maintain bookable times across Eastern and Pacific time zones.
• Experience with logging every call, note, disposition, and status update daily in HubSpot or a similar CRM.
• Comfort with call recording and receiving performance feedback.
• Willingness to engage in live webinars to moderate chat and respond to prospect Q&A.
• Openness to participate in Zoom interview role-play exercises.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
• Must currently reside in the United States.
• Must provide a personal computer and internet connection that meets minimum requirements, including at least 16GB RAM.
• Variable incentive/bonus potential ranging from $12,000–$18,000+ annually based on objective metrics.
