This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the strategic growth and promotion of Onterris consulting services.
• Establish and nurture relationships to foster strategic growth and opportunities.
• Expand and oversee strategic accounts, including contract management and communication of rate sheets.
• Identify and assess strategic accounts, leads, and new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, facilitating cross-selling across Onterris segments.
• Update Salesforce CRM records for leads, opportunities, prospects, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop outreach marketing materials and strategies.
• Innovate and execute creative sales and marketing techniques.
• Meet sales targets at margins established by leadership.
• Participate in conferences, symposiums, trade shows, and industry meetings.
• Assist with master service agreements and collection processes.
• Organize appointments, coordinate meetings, conduct presentations and webinars, and travel with subject matter experts.
• Lead the development of organic-growth strategies and provide insights on market and competition.
• Manage quotes, proposals, and RFPs from initial contact to purchase order.
• Engage in client activities and support the development of client relationships.
• Contribute to sales and business development strategies.
• Occasionally work extended hours and travel on weekends for natural disasters and emergency responses.
• Travel over 50% of the time.
• Enhance the sales pipeline in alignment with strategic priorities.
• Assist in market and competitor intelligence initiatives.
• Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
• BA/BS in Science or a related field.
• A minimum of two to six years of experience in sales, client relationship management, and business development roles, ideally in technical/scientific services.
• A strong scientific foundation with the capacity to learn and comprehend technical content.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in listening and problem-solving.
• Strong ability to create and deliver presentations to clients.
• A dynamic, motivated, results-driven creative thinker and problem-solver, eager to engage hands-on in a team-oriented setting.
• Solid planning and multitasking skills across diverse geographic locations.
• Proficient in both Mac and Windows environments.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Salesforce as a CRM tool.
• Willing to travel for business across the country, including arrangements for hotels, airfare, rental cars, etc.
• Skilled in managing expenses and optimizing company resource utilization.
• Quick to respond and engage in solutions.
• Capable of managing communications via email, phone, Teams, group texts, Slack, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including sitting, standing, walking, lifting, bending, climbing, and stooping.
• Proficient in reading effectively from computer screens and paper documents.
• Capable of handling a high volume of work and multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with video calls and using a camera.
• Frequent travel required, including driving and flying domestically and occasionally internationally.
