This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, guide, and develop a team of analysts tasked with commission administration, reporting, and support.
• Oversee the complete administration of sales commission and incentive compensation programs.
• Calculate, verify, and reconcile monthly and quarterly commission disbursements.
• Ensure that compensation plans are implemented consistently in accordance with approved documentation.
• Review commission calculations for precision and address any payment discrepancies.
• Develop and sustain commission, attainment, and incentive compensation reports.
• Provide regular and on-demand reporting to Sales Leadership, Finance, and executive management.
• Maintain compensation plan documents, amendments, procedures, and documentation ready for audits.
• Ensure adherence to approved plan rules and internal controls.
• Act as the primary administrator for sales compensation tracking and reporting processes.
• Support the implementation, testing, administration, and documentation of compensation plans.
• Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and enhance compensation processes, systems, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Finance, and Payroll to ensure data integrity across systems.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and controls.
• Address compensation disputes and assist with financial reporting.
• Work in partnership with Sales, Finance, Operations, HR, and Payroll to ensure timely and accurate commission payments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales compensation, commission administration, finance, payroll, or sales operations.
• A minimum of 3 years in a management role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proven time management capabilities with a strong ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Strong financial acumen and a solid understanding of sales compensation and incentive programs.
• Expertise in sales compensation administration and commission management.
• Proficient in analyzing complex datasets and providing actionable business insights.
• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with care.
• Strong project management and process improvement capabilities.
• Ability to foster effective business relationships and collaborate across departments.
