This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete sales compensation process, from participant onboarding to monthly commission disbursements.
• Manage sales compensation plans within Everstage, which includes participant onboarding, quota assignments, plan management, and commission calculations.
• Calculate, verify, and reconcile monthly commission payments to ensure accuracy and adherence to policy guidelines.
• Act as the primary point of contact for commission-related inquiries, resolving questions promptly.
• Keep commission documentation, policies, and plan overviews up to date.
• Assist with monthly commission accounting tasks, including accruals, reconciliations, deferred commission schedules, and fluctuation analysis.
• Aid in quarterly and annual audit processes by preparing necessary supporting documentation.
• Identify areas for enhancing commission processes, reporting, and system efficiencies.
• Assist in user acceptance testing and implementation of updates to commission plans, system enhancements, and new compensation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Finance to implement and optimize variable compensation plans and SPIFF programs.
• Provide support to sales leadership regarding compensation inquiries and operational requests.
• Report directly to the Commissions Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in sales compensation or commission operations, ideally within a SaaS or high-growth technology environment.
• Proficient in administering commission systems; familiarity with Everstage is preferred, along with experience in Xactly, Anaplan, SPIFF, or CaptivateIQ.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and SUMIFS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within a high-growth SaaS or technology sector.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
