Sales Communication Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assess sales materials from carriers and vendors.

• Utilize marketing and artistic strategies to craft tailored presentations for the Sales Department.

• Receive and review customer requests for their accuracy and completeness.

• Collect and compile relevant benefit materials.

• Effectively navigate and utilize the company website, proprietary quoting engine, Carrier Material History Library, Asana, Track-It, ProApply, and other enrollment platforms.

• Proactively identify opportunities to achieve desired customer outcomes.

• Engage in business activities with a strong sense of sales acumen.

• Timely follow up on ongoing issues.

• Deliver final products while adhering to deadlines.

• Communicate with Sales Consultants, brokers, and employers to prepare for enrollment meetings as necessary.

• Organize and prioritize assigned projects and tasks effectively.

• Respond to inquiries promptly as directed by the manager.

• Generate Benchmark Reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a high school diploma, GED, or its equivalent.

• Preferred 3–5 years of experience in health care/medical sales/service.

• Must possess a valid California life/health insurance license or be able to obtain one within 60 days of hiring.

• California residency is required.

• Preference for residency in Northern California.

• Strong attention to detail is essential.

• Proficient in computer use, particularly with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and PowerPointRecorder.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

• Capability to translate documents from English to Spanish is preferred.

• Must be able to sit for extended periods, lift at least 5 pounds, file, stand, bend, reach, and pull.

• Ability to work from a home office with a designated workspace.
