This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

• Assess carrier and vendor sales materials utilizing marketing and artistic strategies

• Develop tailored presentations for the Sales Department, Sales Consultants, brokers, and clients

• Receive and evaluate customer requests for accuracy and completeness

• Gather and compile relevant benefit materials

• Navigate the company website and proprietary quoting engine effectively

• Utilize the Carrier Material History Library

• Employ Asana and Track-It systems

• Use ProApply and other enrollment platforms efficiently

• Analyze client requests and carrier materials to create comprehensive presentations

• Demonstrate independent thinking and action to achieve desired customer outcomes

• Conduct business activities with a strong sales acumen

• Follow up on ongoing issues promptly

• Deliver final products while adhering to deadlines

• Communicate with Sales Consultants, brokers, and employers in preparation for enrollment meetings

• Manage and prioritize assigned projects and tasks effectively

• Respond to communications within timelines defined by the manager

• Prepare Benchmark Reporting

• A minimum of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required

• 3–5 years of experience in health care/medical sales/service is preferred

• A valid California life/health insurance license is required, or must be obtained within 60 days of hire

• Must be a resident of California

• Preference for candidates residing in Northern California

• Strong attention to detail is essential

• Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and PowerPointRecorder

• Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are preferred

• Ability to translate documents from English to Spanish is preferred

• Must be able to sit for extended periods, lift at least 5 pounds, file, stand, bend, reach, and pull
