This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Provide clinical guidance and training to clients regarding the use of incontinence products
• Assist the Sales team in marketing and sales efforts by fostering and enhancing customer relationships
• Act as a clinical business partner to facility, regional, corporate, and C-suite executives
• Engage in and present at customer business reviews, clinical and regional meetings, and discussions at the executive level
• Work collaboratively with National Accounts, Sales, and Clinical Leadership to improve customer retention, drive business growth, and refine account strategies
• Oversee assigned accounts and clinical projects aimed at achieving outcomes, addressing customer needs, enhancing operational efficiencies, and meeting business goals
• Create and present business reviews, clinical presentations, and tailored content for customers
• Provide educational programs, sizing initiatives, and other forms of clinical training
• Organize on-site visits, webinars, video presentations, and virtual or telephone clinical assistance
• Offer clinical support for product trials, customer transitions, implementations, education, and account optimization
• Deliver clinical guidance across Long-Term Care (LTC), Home Care, and Retail sectors
• Manage PPD/utilization initiatives and clinical-related customer inquiries
• Uphold clinical support, professionalism, customer service, and adherence to organizational policies
• Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, products, and best practices in clinical care
• Execute related clinical and administrative tasks as assigned
• Must possess an RN, LPN, or LVN license with current and valid certifications
• Proven experience in developing and delivering clinical, medical, business, and executive-level presentations
• Strong ability to communicate professionally and effectively with clinical leadership, corporate executives, and C-suite stakeholders
• Excellent presentation, relationship management, customer engagement, verbal, and written communication skills
• Familiarity with virtual meeting and presentation platforms
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
• A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience is preferred
• Experience in telehealth or clinical informatics is preferred
• Previous experience in medical sales, account management, or customer-facing healthcare roles is preferred
