This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Reach out to managing directors and commercial managers via phone, primarily at businesses with 100 to 1,000 employees.

• Utilize the Close Power Dialer for calls while concentrating on the conversations.

• Arrange complimentary 30-minute introductory consultations with consultants.

• Employ a conversation script developed from 4,000 cold calls and 200 introductory consultations.

• Conduct daily reviews of calls to enhance opening lines and manage objections.

• Input scheduled appointments into the CRM system and transfer them to the consultants.

• Engage in daily team kick-offs, call blocks, and performance evaluations.

• Previous experience is not necessary.

• Preferably, experience in B2B sales or telephone-based sales.

• Proficient German language skills are essential.

• Must be willing to make a high volume of calls daily.

• Maintain a friendly demeanor, even after facing multiple rejections.

• Strong active listening capabilities are required.

• Availability for full-time work is essential.

• A quiet home office with a reliable internet connection in Germany is needed.

• Openness to receiving and acting on feedback is expected.
