This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and facilitate training programs for new hires, advanced sales techniques, and ongoing development for field representatives and district managers.
• Create in-person, virtual, and blended learning solutions based on adult learning principles and innovative instructional strategies.
• Develop content for product launches, national action plan meetings, disease state education, and competitive differentiation.
• Lead and deliver virtual and instructor-led training across various digital platforms.
• Conduct field visits to observe, coach, and provide actionable feedback to sales representatives.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to identify performance gaps and implement targeted training interventions.
• Mentor and prepare trainers and/or Regional Sales Managers who assist during training sessions.
• Support the development of Senior Account Managers and Account Managers.
• Work alongside Marketing to translate brand strategy into training content suitable for the field.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs and Regulatory to ensure scientific accuracy and compliance.
• Align sales training initiatives with Market Access and patient support services.
• Partner with external vendors to identify and implement training technologies.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Monitor KPIs to support continuous improvement and demonstrate business impact.
• Create, manage, and assign learning curricula within the LMS environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Education, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or dermatology sales.
• A minimum of 1–3 years in sales training, learning & development, or as a field trainer.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and oral communication abilities.
• Outstanding presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with current training equipment, software, and materials.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 20–40% of the time.
• Experience in supporting product launches and brand training is preferred.
• Knowledge of dermatology therapeutic areas and biologic product categories is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, including Veeva and Salesforce, is preferred.
• Understanding of adult learning principles, methods, and social persuasion techniques is preferred.
• Experience in designing and executing training and leadership programs is preferred.
