Sales Associate, Home Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Exhibit and convey the fundamental values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way

• Collaborate with the sales team to establish connections with referral sources, physicians, and other healthcare professionals

• Review and assemble the necessary documentation to transition or initiate physician-ordered care to BAYADA

• Coordinate with the service office to arrange physician-ordered services

• Work alongside the Transitional Care Manager, Marketing Manager, Director of Area Sales, and/or Office Director on key and shared accounts

• Attend weekly sales meetings as instructed by the Director of Area Sales

• Manage referrals from various referral sources

• Carry out additional duties as required or requested by the supervisor

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred Bachelor's degree; Sales/Referral Management experience may substitute for a degree

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare environment; home health care experience is preferred

• Familiarity with any health systems, referral management, or home health platforms is advantageous

• Capability to multitask in a fast-paced setting

• Proven ability to manage projects effectively

• Demonstrated history of successfully taking on increased responsibilities with positive outcomes

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and effectively communicating in English

• Strong interpersonal skills and a track record of achieving goals

• Ambition to grow and progress beyond the current position

• Proficient PC and communication skills
