📋 Description

• Generate Qualified Opportunities

• Identify organizations that are actively recruiting for positions that Wing can assist with, including Executive Assistants, Administrative Assistants, Customer Support, Sales Support, Recruiting Support, Operations Support, and other business support roles.

• Utilize job postings, hiring indicators, company growth signals, and account research to uncover strong-fit prospects.

• Conduct research on target accounts to comprehend their hiring needs, the reasons they may require support, and how Wing could be a suitable option.

• Reach out to potential customers through email, phone, LinkedIn, and various outbound channels.

• Execute targeted outbound campaigns addressing active hiring requirements, operational challenges, and alternative workforce solutions.

• Engage in initial discovery discussions to ascertain a prospect's hiring needs, pain points, urgency, and openness to remote talent or AI-enabled workforce solutions.

• Clearly communicate what Wing Assistant offers and its significance in order to secure follow-up meetings.

• Schedule qualified appointments with companies that demonstrate a clear hiring need, relevant business use case, or strong alignment with Wing.

• Transform Hiring Intent Into Conversations

• Monitor organizations that are advertising roles that Wing can fulfill.

• Understand the problems the company is likely aiming to solve by filling that position.

• Position Wing as a quicker, more adaptable, and scalable solution compared to traditional hiring methods.

• Educate prospects who may not have previously considered remote assistants, virtual assistants, offshore talent, or AI-enabled workforce support.

• Generate interest among founders, executives, operators, HR leaders, recruiting teams, and department heads.

• Support the Revenue Team

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to cultivate and maintain a robust, well-qualified pipeline.

• Ensure a seamless handoff of opportunities with the necessary context to advance discussions.

• Share essential insights from discovery calls, including the role the company is hiring for, their current hiring process, pain points, timing, budget indicators, and involved decision-makers.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity, notes, and pipeline data in our CRM.

• Bring the Market Back In

• Relay insights from prospects back to the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.

• Assist in refining messaging and outreach strategies based on what resonates with companies.

• Identify trends in hiring demand, objections, industries, and roles where Wing is making an impact.

• Propose new outbound strategies based on job postings, hiring trends, and conversations with prospects.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 4+ years of experience in sales, appointment setting, cold calling, recruiting, staffing, lead generation, outbound marketing, growth, or a related role.

• A genuine interest in go-to-market strategy, pipeline generation, and B2B growth.

• Demonstrated experience in prospecting, cold calling, appointment setting, or high-volume outbound outreach.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you can convey ideas succinctly and compellingly.

• Comfort in reaching out to companies that might not have previously considered remote assistants, virtual assistants, offshore talent, or AI-enabled workforce solutions.

• Strong research capabilities and the aptitude to convert hiring signals into relevant outbound messaging.

• Excellent organizational skills and the resilience to persevere even when facing challenges.

• A strong drive stemming from pursuing clear goals, activity metrics, and booked meeting targets.

• The ability to manage your own desk while effectively collaborating across teams.

• A sincere eagerness to quickly learn about the product, market, and the nuances of go-to-market execution.
