This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Assist the Regional Sales Director and Executive Area Managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of sales activities.
• Act as a primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate follow-up communications to enhance customer satisfaction and support sales initiatives.
• Maintain precise records of sales activities, customer interactions, and accounts within the CRM system.
• Implement best practices for effective targeting and reimbursement processes.
• Contribute to market research and competitor analysis efforts.
• Collect customer feedback to inform sales and product development teams.
• Organize and lead product demonstrations, trade shows, and training sessions.
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, materials, forecasts, and performance opportunities for the Executive Area Manager.
• Manage scheduling, travel arrangements, and event planning activities.
• Prepare event materials and equipment, and present approved corporate literature, scientific data, and claims.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of ETS skin substitute products and services.
• Build and nurture relationships with healthcare decision-makers and influencers.
• Enter and monitor orders, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Keep track of wound-care market trends, competitor activities, and advancements.
• Share insights and opportunity areas from the marketplace with the ETS team.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, travel/expense guidelines, ethical standards, and legal regulations.
• BS/BA in business, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles, preferably within healthcare or medical devices.
• 1–2 years of experience in medical devices, biotechnology, or tissue biologics is preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with supporting field sales teams, organizing events, and scheduling is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Teams for meetings and presentations.
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation for occasional travel.
• Willingness to travel or work outside standard business hours as needed.
• Previous experience in startup and medium-sized companies is a plus.
