Sales Area Manager – Supply Chain Assurance, Central Europe

📋 Description

• Assist in the business development of Supply Chain Assurance services within the General Industries sector and the designated territory.

• Evaluate the General Industries market, identifying trends, opportunities, potential clients, and competitor strategies.

• Meet assigned individual sales objectives.

• Cultivate relationships with prospects and existing key clients through various sales initiatives.

• Follow up on leads and opportunities from multiple sources.

• Ensure DNV's presence and visibility in the General Industries market.

• Oversee the sales pipeline and deliver precise forecasting.

• Build and sustain a network of channels to generate leads.

• Engage in local communication efforts, such as events, tradeshows, conferences, and workshops.

• Report directly to the General Industries Sales Manager Europe – Supply Chain Assurance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within auditing services.

• Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and fostering growth in the General Industries market.

• Strong skills in negotiation and relationship management.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Proficient in project management.

• Results-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.

• Fluency in English or Italian based on the location (both written and spoken).

• A valid EU driving license.

• Willingness and capability to travel regionally and internationally.

• Prior experience, even if limited, in selling second-party supply chain audit services and managing key accounts is essential for consideration.

• Background checks will be conducted on final candidates.
