
Sales and Marketing Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop enterprise sales scenarios that involve opportunities exceeding $1M in Annual Contract Value (ACV), intricate buying committees, multiple stakeholders, and extended procurement cycles within Fortune 500 companies.
• Create marketing scenarios that encompass enterprise brand strategy, account-based marketing (ABM), demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and category positioning.
• Formulate Revenue Operations and go-to-market (GTM) strategies utilizing enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, Gong, and Outreach.
• Implement MEDDIC, Challenger, and Force Management methodologies to devise realistic deal strategies and account plans.
• Craft executive-level sales narratives, customer engagement strategies, and go-to-market recommendations.
• Develop comprehensive evaluation rubrics that differentiate authentic enterprise GTM expertise from standard sales or marketing playbook knowledge.
• Review and refine scenarios and reference outputs to align with genuine enterprise practices.
• Integrate reviewer feedback and consistently enhance evaluation criteria.
• Engage in project-based AI evaluation and research initiatives with varying scopes and durations.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in enterprise sales, marketing, or Revenue Operations.
• Previous experience with a Fortune 500 enterprise technology company, a major SaaS organization, or a large public-company sales or marketing organization.
• Direct involvement in managing Fortune 500 accounts, enterprise sales cycles, significant brand initiatives, or extensive demand-generation programs.
• Comprehensive understanding of enterprise buying processes, procurement, budgeting, legal reviews, stakeholder management, and complex commercial negotiations.
• Practical familiarity with enterprise GTM technologies and platforms, including CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, conversation intelligence, and account-intelligence tools.
• Strong knowledge of MEDDIC, Challenger, or Force Management methodologies.
• Exceptional written communication and analytical skills, with the ability to articulate strategic decisions and commercial reasoning clearly.
• Experience in creating sales enablement materials, evaluation frameworks, training content, or professional development programs is an advantage.
• Prior experience with AI training, evaluation, rubric development, or human-data projects is beneficial.
