This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate sales performance metrics, encompassing pipeline development, conversion rates, sales cycle duration, and the effectiveness of the sales team.
• Create, sustain, and enhance dashboards for sales teams to monitor pipeline status, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
• Assist sales stakeholders through ad-hoc analyses, metric inquiries, and reporting tasks.
• Examine sales funnels, monitor conversion rates across stages, and pinpoint bottlenecks as well as opportunities to enhance sales performance.
• Work in conjunction with sales teams and the unit economics team to establish uniform definitions, metrics, and data models.
• Elevate data quality, harmonize metric definitions, and minimize inconsistencies across dashboards and reports.
• Address the daily analytical requirements of sales teams while also contributing to long-term advancements in sales analytics.
• 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, particularly with hands-on involvement in sales analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL is essential.
• Practical knowledge of sales metrics, pipeline analysis, conversion rates, or frameworks for sales KPIs.
• Experience in developing clear and actionable dashboards for non-technical audiences.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate closely with sales stakeholders.
• Capability to investigate issues, clarify metric fluctuations, and translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong SQL expertise and familiarity with analytical databases such as ClickHouse or similar.
• Proficiency in BI tools for constructing dashboards and reports, such as Apache Superset or similar.
• Background in CRM data analysis and sales pipeline evaluation is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with DBT or other data transformation tools is beneficial, although not required.
• Knowledge of Python for data analysis or automation is a plus.
• Experience with CRM data, sales funnel analysis, and DBT is a desirable addition.
