Sales Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Engage with prospects and customers through outbound calls, emails, incoming inquiries, live chat on the website, and scheduled meetings.

• Proactively initiate outreach to new prospects, follow up on closed-lost opportunities, and pursue win-back and cross-sell accounts.

• Follow up on and qualify inbound leads generated by BrightFire marketing campaigns.

• Schedule, manage, and conduct sales calls and demonstrations with potential clients.

• Deliver live, online sales presentations via Zoom or Google Meet.

• Keep accurate and current records of pipeline activity in HubSpot CRM.

• Utilize a consultative selling approach to identify needs and suggest appropriate solutions.

• Collaborate with the sales team to enhance outbound messaging, lead generation tactics, and sales procedures.

• Stay updated on industry developments, competitor offerings, and BrightFire product enhancements.

• Upsell and cross-sell to existing opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS, digital marketing, or technical services.

• Proven experience with outbound prospecting through calls and emails, as well as inbound lead conversion.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and educate effectively.

• Comfortable presenting using Zoom or similar online meeting platforms.

• Capable of explaining technical concepts in a clear and approachable manner.

• Demonstrated integrity and accuracy in setting client expectations.

• Experience selling to small businesses with shorter sales cycles (approximately 45 days).

• Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.

• Familiarity with digital marketing services, including websites, SEO, SEM, and social media.
