Sales Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish new business connections with targeted healthcare professionals, such as NICU Managers, Neonatologists, Nutrition Managers, Lactation Consultants, and IT Managers, in the Eastern Region of the United States.

• Formulate and implement sales strategies to meet business goals.

• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in a business-to-business healthcare setting.

• Navigate through hospital department hierarchies and decision-making processes effectively.

• Leverage healthcare business and market knowledge, including familiarity with products, clinical studies, protocols, and guidelines.

• Provide clinical and scientific benefits and insights within a healthcare context.

• Utilize CRM data to collaborate with other departments and enhance outcomes through data-driven sales approaches.

• Participate in trade shows, medical conferences, and other industry events to cultivate new sales opportunities.

• Achieve and surpass sales targets consistently.

• Address customer needs and priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Collaborate and negotiate with clients and internal stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience engaging with Hospitals or Healthcare Professionals is preferred.

• Must be located within the Eastern or Central time zone.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Strong time management, planning, and administrative skills.

• Consultative personality with well-developed organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to collaborate in both actual and virtual environments and negotiate effectively.

• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with a focus on listening, presenting, and facilitating.

• Proven proficiency in the MS Office Suite.

• Eagerness to learn new technology and software systems.

• Basic security clearance and a clean criminal background check required.

• Willingness and ability to travel frequently and seamlessly, with cultural sensitivity.

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Capability for extended periods of sitting.

• Proficient in operating desktop computers and related peripherals.

• Ability to function in a busy environment with frequent interruptions.

• Frequent domestic and occasional international travel is required.
