Sales Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Identify and investigate potential clients in the civil infrastructure sector

• Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking efforts

• Establish and maintain relationships with both existing and prospective enterprise clients

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns

• Navigate intricate sales cycles and effectively address objections

• Develop enduring client relationships with C-level executives

• Gain insights into the competitive landscape and industry trends

• Work alongside the product team to provide valuable customer feedback

• Meet and surpass assigned sales targets

• Ensure accurate documentation of sales activities within the CRM system

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline

• A foundational understanding of civil engineering and infrastructure

• 3–5+ years of experience in enterprise sales

• Demonstrated success in enterprise sales roles

• Strong business insight and knowledge of enterprise-level purchasing processes

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities in both English and French

• Self-driven and focused on achieving results

• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team

• Strong negotiation and closing capabilities

• Familiarity with CRM systems and various sales tools

• Willingness to travel as necessary
