This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Optimize HP and manage SNS.
• Create case study interviews and white papers to build credibility.
• Collaborate with the External Communication team at headquarters to localize global success stories for the Japanese market.
• Implement marketing initiatives utilizing the voices of KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders).
• Plan exhibitions such as the Japan Radiological Society (JRC).
• Conduct networking on event days and follow up on leads afterward.
• Handle external public relations activities and media inquiries, including those with medical specialty media and major economic publications.
• Develop messaging (Value Proposition) tailored for the Japanese market while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Drive the marketing of the MRI × AI medical SaaS product SwiftMR in the Japanese market.
• Practical experience in B2B marketing and public relations/communications (equivalent to 3-5 years).
• Understanding of both digital marketing (lead generation) and external public relations (brand building).
• Project management skills to execute multiple initiatives within limited budgets and resources.
• Writing ability to express complex technology logically and attractively for Japanese doctors and business leaders.
• Proficient negotiation skills in Japanese.
• Business-level English reading and writing skills, along with the ability to respond via Slack/email is preferred.
• Marketing experience or achievements in the SaaS and IT industry (preferred).
• Experience using design tools such as Figma and Canva (preferred).
• Experience with marketing automation tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot (preferred).
• Interest in the medical/healthcare industry or health management (preferred).
• Submission of resume and work history required.
• Support for flexible working styles (fully remote, flextime system).
• Support for working in a shared office at WeWork during in-office days.
