RV Mechanical Claims Adjustor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Handle incoming calls from members to offer technical support for issues concerning their recreational vehicles.

• Conduct thorough investigations into claims and confirm eligibility.

• Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers.

• Manage a substantial volume of calls efficiently.

• Employ critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Assess customer issues from initiation through resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in claims handling.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and standard web applications within the industry.

• Capability to uphold a high degree of confidentiality.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

• Bilingual skills are preferred.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of claims handling experience is preferred.
