RTR Process Expert, German Language

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee account reconciliation and month-end journal entries (MJE)

• Supervise finished goods stock accounting

• Manage accruals for accounts payable & receivable and research & development, including transfers from the plant

• Record and track provisions and incentives

• Monitor the bank payment flow in the general ledger through ICM from central finance

• Prepare forecasting reports and handle BW-BPS

• Ensure control over intercompany documentation

• Allocate regional depreciation and costs to profit and loss statements

• Maintain control of the chart of accounts

• Manage master data effectively

• Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLA)

• Address operational escalations received through team leaders or supervisor changes

• Resolve quality issues as they arise

• Offer advice and operational support to team members

• Prepare operational reviews and deliver constructive feedback

• Support Conduent's essential services and solutions provided for Fortune 100 companies and governmental entities

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in German and English at a professional level; minimum B2

• A minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in accounting, ideally in Record to Report (R2R), General Ledger (GL), and/or Tax

• Solid understanding of SAP

• Competence in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
