RTE Solutions Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, document, and deploy solution functionalities by constructing, testing, and maintaining features in accordance with specifications and requirements.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues to guarantee optimal system performance and ensure user satisfaction.

• Work collaboratively across departments to facilitate project implementations and handle member maintenance challenges.

• Develop and enhance technical documentation to promote process improvement and ensure alignment across functions.

• Cultivate competencies in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements.

• Align technical strategies with business goals while collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Epic RTE Certification is mandatory.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Certified RTE build, configuration, and implementation/support is essential.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in Cadence and/or Prelude certification is highly sought after.

• Experience with TriZetto, Quadax, and/or Experian clearing house is strongly preferred.

• Excellent communication skills with both application and technical team members as well as end users.

• Demonstrates integrity and accountability.

• Process-oriented and detail-focused, with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented.

• Completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment is required prior to the team interview.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment.

• Access to high-speed internet service.
