This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop, configure, and sustain Epic Grand Central and Prelude, emphasizing Charge RTE workflows.
• Assess and execute new build requests from business leaders and operational stakeholders.
• Recognize and implement enhancements to registration, ADT, and eligibility workflows.
• Diagnose and resolve incident and service request tickets within established service levels.
• Contribute input and provide support for health-system integration initiatives.
• Design, construct, and evaluate new functionalities, including unit and integrated testing and documentation.
• Assist with Epic upgrades by conducting impact reviews, building, testing, and validating.
• Offer go-live support, which includes on-site assistance and command center coverage.
• Engage in the on-call rotation and provide after-hours assistance as required.
• Collaborate with business leaders, Epic, and IS team members to assess and recommend solutions.
• Adhere to organizational policies, change control, and documentation standards.
• Mentor and develop customer teams, escalate issues, and steer projects towards successful completion.
• Valid Epic Grand Central certification.
• Valid Epic Prelude certification.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Epic Grand Central/Prelude analyst.
• Practical build experience across tickets, projects, upgrades, and go-lives.
• Experience with Charge RTE build and payer eligibility workflows.
• Experience in supporting integration projects within a multi-hospital health system.
• Excellent communication skills with clinical, revenue cycle, and technical stakeholders.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
