RPA Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and implement RPA solutions utilizing UiPath along with industry best practices.

• Analyze and document business processes to pinpoint automation opportunities and evaluate feasibility.

• Create and sustain both attended and unattended automation solutions within customer environments.

• Configure and oversee automation workflows that are integrated with enterprise applications and systems.

• Support the complete RPA lifecycle, from process discovery and solution design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

• Prepare technical documentation, presentations, process analyses, and recommendations to assist client decision-making.

• Aid in the development and implementation of RPA standards, methodologies, and best practices.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend requirements, assess alternatives, and propose automation solutions.

• Offer technical guidance and training in process analysis, bot development, and automation management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT-related field.

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in automation, software development, scripting, or a related technical development area.

• Preferred experience with RPA platforms like UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or a similar tool.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Finance, IT/Business Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be taken into account.

• Experience in developing automation solutions along with associated technical documentation, analysis, and recommendations.

• Basic experience with a programming or scripting language and familiarity with common software development concepts.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong skills in research, analysis, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative, client-facing environment.

• Self-driven with robust organizational and time-management skills.

• Eligibility to obtain a DoD security clearance.

• Preferred qualifications include experience with UiPath robots, UiPath Orchestrator, REFramework, RPA certification, U.S. Federal Government or DoD delivery, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Power Platform, APIs, structured data, databases, JSON, Excel/CSV, integrations, process discovery, Agile methodologies, stakeholder facilitation, and RPA training or mentoring.
