This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee automation workflows utilizing Microsoft Power Platform/Dashboards and the Kapow Management Console.

• Monitor and address alerts, failures, and SLA violations.

• Log incidents and provide updates using ITSM tools like ServiceNow and Jira.

• Relay status updates and outages to relevant stakeholders.

• Conduct initial triage and basic troubleshooting of incidents.

• Analyze and debug Power Automate flows and Kapow Robots.

• Restart unsuccessful bots/flows as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Recognize common issues such as timeouts, credential failures, and missing inputs.

• Escalate unresolved or critical problems to the Development Lead.

• Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge base documentation.

• Carry out thorough root cause analysis for recurring incidents.

• Document root causes along with corrective and preventive measures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud/Desktop flows).

• Fundamental understanding of Kapow / Kofax RPA (Design Studio, Management Console).

• Basic to intermediate familiarity with APIs, JSON, and SQL (preferred).

• Basic knowledge of Python and JavaScript (nice to have).

• Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Effective communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

• Skills in documentation and reporting.

• Passion for emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and adapt.

• Availability to work Monday to Friday, during the night shift from 6:30 PM to 4:00 AM.

• Eligibility to work in Australia indefinitely without the need for company sponsorship.
