Process Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Design, create, code, test, and implement automation tool solutions.

• Identify areas where automation technology can enhance processes within Customer Contact Center operations.

• Analyze performance data and suggest automated technology solutions.

• Develop, manage, and oversee project plans, timelines, scope, costs, and implementation activities.

• Coordinate business continuity planning, development, testing, debugging, and implementation efforts.

• Serve as the liaison between the Customer Contact Center and IT for upgrades, hardware/software installations, troubleshooting, and testing.

• Assist leaders in testing and creating test plans, including validation testing before and after technology changes.

• Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

• Evaluate organizational needs and goals to determine impacts on applications and systems.

• Create high-level and detailed designs based on business requirements and architectures.

• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to complete coding, testing, debugging, and implementation tasks.

• Acquire knowledge of new systems, applications, technologies, and business domains.

• Support emergency response initiatives and perform other assigned duties.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or certification in Computer Programming/Management.

• 1-3 years of experience in application development within a corporate setting.

• Advanced knowledge and understanding of CIS and/or DIS.

• Capability to complete tasks independently as well as in small team environments.

• Proficiency in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced atmosphere.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

• Capacity to balance development, testing, and support responsibilities.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.

• Advanced skills with personal computers, database management, and M365 Office.

• Willingness to work nights, weekends, stand-by, and provide emergency support as required.

• Eagerness to learn new technologies and tools.

• Experience in developing, coding, unit testing, debugging, and implementing RPA solutions.

• Preferred: 1-3 years of programming experience in Robotic Process Automation.

• Preferred: 1-3 years of experience in developing VBA applications or equivalent.

• Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in Call Center Operations.

• Knowledge of LEAN methodologies.

• Familiarity with Six Sigma principles.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will not require employer sponsorship now or in the future.
