Robotic Process Automation – RPA Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, create, implement, test, deploy, and sustain RPA solutions utilizing UiPath.

• Develop both attended and unattended automations to enhance business operations.

• Construct and sustain automation workflows that minimize manual processing and human involvement.

• Improve current RPA solutions and create new automations in response to evolving business needs.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to comprehend process flows and gather requirements.

• Lead sessions for requirements gathering, debugging, and testing.

• Identify opportunities for automation and convert business requirements into technical solutions.

• Utilize process mapping and business process management concepts.

• Build and maintain databases utilized by RPA solutions.

• Develop and utilize APIs to integrate automations with enterprise applications and services.

• Employ SQL, web technologies, programming languages, scripting languages, and Git to support automation solutions.

• Troubleshoot, debug, test, monitor, and uphold RPA solutions.

• Create and maintain technical specifications and documentation for automation.

• Formulate project plans and set completion dates in collaboration with subject matter experts.

• Engage in Agile development activities and provide regular weekly status updates.

• Implement software development lifecycle practices using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• U.S. Citizen.

• Capable of obtaining and maintaining a 6C Public Trust clearance.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; relevant experience may be considered as a substitute.

• At least 3 years of experience in developing RPA solutions with UiPath.

• Practical experience in creating both attended and unattended automations.

• Proficient in developing and utilizing APIs.

• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies, including the creation of technical specifications.

• Proficient in one or more programming languages, such as Python, C#, Java, or .NET.

• Experience with scripting languages, including JavaScript or VBScript.

• Knowledge of SQL for data management and storage.

• Understanding of Git version control systems.

• Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and the Document Object Model for web automation.

• Understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts.

• Knowledge of business process management, process mapping, Lean, Six Sigma, and identification of automation opportunities.

• Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Meticulous attention to detail and structured thinking.

• Must currently reside in the United States.

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

• Must not be in default or delinquent on any federal student loans.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a PIV-I card.

• PIV-I card collection may necessitate travel to a designated location.

• Preferred: UiPath Associate or Advanced Developer certification.

• Preferred: UiPath or other RPA-related certification.

• Preferred: General familiarity with UiPath Orchestrator.

• Preferred: Knowledge of SQL.

• Preferred: Experience in developing and maintaining automation documentation.
